Mr. Bruce has 50+ years of work experience in civil commercial/military aviation and maritime operations, with the last 15 years supporting these sectors in Vietnam.
His extensive experiences focus on providing technical training support, technology transfer, as well as strategic business development consulting directed at international and Vietnamese business firms seeking to cooperate on maritime and aviation opportunities in Vietnam and abroad.
Mr. Bruce also possesses working knowledge of the Government of Vietnam’s maritime / aviation infrastructure, the Defense/Security procurement decision-making process.

Mr. Ruurd van Putten has over 25 years of experience in the maritime, yachting and waterfront infrastructure sectors, including nearly 20 years working in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. He has held senior management positions at Marinetek, Anchor Management, Ana Marina Nha Trang and Princess Yachts Vietnam.
Mr. Ruurd has extensive expertise in marina development and operations, yacht brokerage, floating infrastructure and strategic consulting. As a pioneer in Vietnam’s yachting industry, he established the country’s first sailing charter company and managed its first international-standard marina. He is also a frequent speaker at international yachting conferences.

Chuck Lopez is a strategic finance and business development executive with more than 30 years of international experience across finance, investment advisory, risk mitigation, government contracting, corporate development, and executive education.
For more than two decades, Chuck has built and managed business relationships across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, developing a broad network spanning corporations, universities, financial institutions, government entities, NGOs, and international organizations. His work focuses on connecting capital, strategy, people, and opportunity to help organizations expand, enter new markets, and build sustainable platforms for growth. His approach is relationship-driven and grounded in financial discipline.
Chuck brings particular expertise in complex capital structuring, alternative project finance, international business development, strategic partnerships, and risk mitigation. Over the course of his career, he has helped manage more than $400 million in assets and financial programs and contributed to the development and closing of both government and commercial contracts.
Long-standing relationships throughout Southeast Asia, combined with U.S. business and institutional connections, position Chuck as a bridge between organizations, capital, and opportunities across the Pacific.
Currently, Chuck works at the intersection of strategic finance, international business development, nanotechnology, emerging technologies, environmental and maritime initiatives, and economic security, helping organizations move complex ideas from strategy and financing toward execution and measurable results.
